Keith Prichard
Keith became the President of Dzeel Clinical in January of 2021. He brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing to the team. Keith spent the last 15 years in leadership growing teams and markets across a wide variety of industries in the staffing field. He has shown an innate ability to build infrastructure and teams to support the communities and clients where he served.
Keith is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA and is married to his wife Hannah. They have 5 kids together; Hunter, Carolina, Davis, Addie, and Carter.

Ashley is the Finance Director for Dzeel Clinical and has been part of the Dzeel team since 2010. She has 15 years of experience in the accounting field and graduated from Campbell University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Ashley spent her senior year of college working for Dzeel as an accounting intern, and started full time as part of the accounting team after she graduated. She has spent her career working and learning at Dzeel.
Ashley was born and currently lives in North Carolina with her husband of 15 years and two children.

Ash Prost is the Operations Director for Dzeel Clinical. She joined the team as the Office Administrator in September 2020. As the Operations Director, Ash is responsible for overseeing the operations team while managing the external staff payroll and assisting with Dzeel's philanthropic endeavors.
Ash is from San Diego, California and has lived in Raleigh with her husband Nick since 2013. Outside of work Ash enjoys traveling, cooking, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.

Benita joined the Dzeel family in September 2020 as a Recruiter, and brings over ten years of recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical, IT, chemical and healthcare industries. She was born and raised in North Carolina, and enjoys having the opportunity to visit our mountains, coastal area, and living in the piedmont region.
Benita has lived in the Raleigh/Durham area for over 20 years and has family members in the surrounding counties. A little fun fact about Benita is that she used to drive motorcycles and loves the game of football.

Kyra joined the Dzeel family in 2022 as a Recruiter and brings our team nearly 10 years of sales, office, and recruiting leadership experience. She continues to enjoy spearheading these initiatives and believes that recruiting and relationships go hand in hand. You can count on her to warmly assist you through any obstacles before and after your job offer!
She's a Pennsylvania native who has made roots in The Research Triangle with her spouse Jerri and their cat Cleo. When she's not searching for NC's best and brightest clinicians, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and time spent with family and friends. Kyra loves working for a local, woman-owned business and would greatly value the opportunity to work with you too!

Lindsay joined the Dzeel Clinical family in March of 2024. She has been recruiting for the past 4 years across multiple industries, and thoroughly enjoys her job and always getting to meet & help potential candidates.
Lindsay graduated from NC State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Political Science. She was born and raised in North Carolina, and enjoys all that NC has to offer from the mountains to the coast. When she is not working, Lindsay enjoys being the mother to her precious little girl, Rylee Kate. She is also an avid sports fan, always cheering for the Wolfpack and the Hurricanes. She enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and living life to the fullest.

Robyn joined Dzeel Clinical in 2023. She is a caretaker at heart. A proud Pirate Nurse, Robyn graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2015. She has enjoyed her years in nursing in the clinical environment and is now excited to bring her experience and compassion to Dzeel Clinical as a Recruiter.
When she isn't working, Robyn and her husband Zach stay busy managing the social calendars of their four little girls named Liberty, Felicity, Willow, and Bristol. Robyn's favorite thing to do is to go on trips and see the world through the eyes of her children as they explore the world around them.

Michelle originally joined the Dzeel family in 2010 and was part of the staff until 2015 when she left to pursue another venture. She rejoined the team in July 2021 and is excited to be part of our amazing team. Michelle brings over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry with over 10 years focused in Healthcare Staffing. She has held roles in recruitment, business development and management.
Michelle was a native of Central Florida before moving to Southwest Virginia and meeting her husband Mark of 38 years before making North Carolina their home in 2003. In addition to caring for her Special needs sister who has lived with her since 2013; Michelle enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their children Kaitlyn and Zachary, daughter-in-law Robyn and granddaughters Liberty, Felicity, Willow and Bristol.

Angie joined Dzeel Clinical in 2008 and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She heads up our Quality Assurance, as well as, after hours support. In her position, she is responsible for keeping our healthcare workers in compliance with current credentials and ensuring Dzeel is reachable 24 hours a day by being available after office hours and on weekends.
Outside of work Angie loves being a mom of two boys and a pup, spending time at the beach, and hanging with family and friends.

Cecilia joined Dzeel Clinical in 2023, as a Payroll Administrator. She brings years of experience in Management, HR, and Payroll Administration. She enjoys the satisfaction in the meticulous nature of the job, as it requires attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines. Being able to contribute to the smooth operation of the payroll process and help employees with any payment-related inquiries is also rewarding.
Cecilia grew up in Central Florida, where she and her husband Michael raised 3 children. She and her husband relocated to North Carolina in 2019. Their daughters along with their families followed soon after. Outside of work, Cecilia loves to spoil her 7 grandchildren, enjoys the beautiful beaches, NC mountains, and attending Hurricanes hockey games.

Jenn joined the Dzeel team in August of 2024 as an administrative assistant. Her experience communicating and coordinating with hospitals and patient finance allows her to coordinate schedules and assist our finance team at Dzeel. She enjoys putting the puzzle pieces together and the attention to detail that her role requires. She also enjoys using her customer service skills by assisting clinicians via text, email, and/or phone calls.
Jenn was born in Michoacan, Mexico, and moved to North Carolina in 2007 where she has lived ever since. She loves NC for its mountains and beaches. Her favorite hobbies are reading, walking trails, and camping. She enjoys creating memories with her family, fiancé, and fur baby “Louie”. She is glad to be able to keep growing with our Dzeel family!

Jill Clark joined Dzeel Clinical in 2009. As Employee Care Director, her communication with Dzeel employees is vital in addressing clinicians' assignments, schedules, and facilitating a strong working relationship among the clients we serve. In addition, Jill enjoys the recruiting and hiring process and loves meeting potential new professionals and pairing them up within a job that they love that suits their needs as well as those of the facility.
Jill lives in Raleigh, with her husband Jason, and their three kids, Lauren, Harper and Hayden, as well as their goldendoodle, Scout. When she is not occupied with work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, working in the garden, while listening to an encouraging podcast or motivational audiobook.
